Price and financing of Luxturna [ES]
Currently in the National Court
Civio requested the real price of Luxturna in 2021, but Health and Novartis refused, citing confidentiality. After several appeals, the Transparency Council ruled in favor of Civio. In 2023, the court also agreed with us, but the ruling is not final, and Novartis has appealed.

Currently in the National Court
Health and Novartis refused to disclose the real price of Zolgensma in 2021. The Transparency Council ruled in our favor, and in 2023, the court confirmed that decision. Novartis has appealed, and Civio continues to fight.

The National Court has twice rejected opening the source code of the BOSCO program, which decides who receives the electricity social bonus, citing security risks. We are preparing to appeal to the Supreme Court.

In 2024, the court ruled that the price and financing conditions of Yescarta must be public. Gilead Sciences has appealed the ruling, and we are fighting in two separate proceedings.

🏆 Won (final)
After five years of requests and trials, Defense provided Civio with the identities of passengers on official flights between 2011 and 2016, though incomplete. A victory for transparency, setting an important precedent.
